Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh do not have disagreement over the principles of settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanyan stated in Yerevan Friday.
Armenia keeps informing the Karabakh side of the settlement process and negotiated issues in full in due time.
Oskanyan pointed out that the Nagorno-Karabakh republic is an independent state now, having its own social, economic and territorial structure.
"It is a fact to be realized by the international organizations and foreign countries. The Karabakh people have lived independently for 15 years. It has its legislation and government, which is quite enough for adopting a Constitution," Oskanyan said.
The referendum on the Nagorno-Karabakh Constitution is to be held on December 10, 2006.
