Stepanakert, April 10. President Arkady Ghoukasian received the Representative of the Armenian Evangelical Society of America (AESA) in Armenia and Nagorno Karabagh Rene Levonian. Levonian briefed President Ghoukasian on the progress of kindergarten construction in Stepanakert, Shushi, Askeran, Hadrut and a summer camp in Shushi. He said that the AESA is also planning to open a library in Shushi. Ghoukasian thanked Levonian for AESA's important humanitarian assistance to the people of Karabagh.
